Homes in the Canary Islands, especially those close to the sea, need to be maintained throughout the year if they are to be sold later for the right value. From the outset during the acquisition or construction phase of a new property, we work with our investors on a Property Plan so we can optimize the maintenance and cost strategy throughout the calendar year.

The idea is to produce at least enough income to cover all your yearly home expenses while you are not in the Canaries, while also ensuring it is always ready when you wish to use it for your own enjoyment. If you decide to rent, we are very selective with our rental service to guarantee that your property will be well-maintained, and the home is always rented to the right tenants.

We meet with the owners to calculate the property and rental costs and set out a realistic income target, then we work hard to achieve it while performing preventative maintenance to maintain the property value. We manage more than 30 million euros in property assets in the Canary Islands, varying from individual homebuyers to large, corporate-owned properties.
