Today, the company manages properties valued in excess of 40 million Euros in the Canary Islands and has participated in several of the most prestigious Residential and Tourism projects like ABAMA Golf Resort and VILLACORTES GRAN LUJO HOTEL, and SANTA ANA in la Gomera.
Projects vary from advice for buying and selling property or acquiring a plot to build your dream home to full asset management for property owners (Property management + Rental + Taxes), as well as land and hotel investment analysis at any planning stage. In-depth knowledge of residential development at international tourism destinations. Extensive expertise in Real Estate Valuations and Hotel Investment Advisory; Market & Feasibility; Valuations; Hotel Operator Scouting, Contract Negotiation (lease & management contracts), etc.

En la actualidad es coordinadora de la Asociación Canaria de Energías Renovables (ACER), organización empresarial para el fomento y la defensa de los derechos de los promotores de energías renovables en Canarias.
Asesora energética especializada en energías renovables y en la gestión de inversión de plantas fotovoltaicas y parques eólicos.
Asesoramiento técnico y trabajos de redacción y dirección de proyectos de instalaciones industriales, además de certificaciones energéticas en edificios.
Miembro de la Junta directiva del Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos Industriales de Santa Cruz de Tenerife (COITITF).
A nivel internacional ha sido proyectista en la compañía de Ingeniería, Arquitectura y Planning “Corzo Castella Carballo Thompson Salman (C3TS), Coral Gables, Miami, Florida, realizando proyectos de ingeniería civil, tanto para obras públicas como privadas, proyectos de sistemas de saneamiento, drenaje y de señalización.
JOSÉ RAMÓN SANS
José Ramón Sans is a senior consultant specialized in investment in the tourism sector, mainly in hotel companies and real estate development, he has participated in recent years in the growth of tourism industry in the Canary Islands as an adviser of national and International hospitality companies, such as Europe International Hotels, Abama Ritz Carlton Golf Resort and numerous promotions in luxury apartments and villas in the islands. He has a long professional career.
He was President-CEO of Asesores de Planeamiento e Inversión SA, the first tourist consulting company in the Canary Islands, and was also present in the financial sector for 30 years, ending at Deusche Bank as Director of Private Banking and Institutions.Of recognized professional prestige he has belonged to numerous Associations and Institutions. Member of the Association for European Integration, Regional Science and A.P.D, Association for the Advancement of Management.
JOSÉ MARÍA SANS
He has participated in important hotel projects on the island of Tenerife, one of them was the opening of the emblematic Hotel Europe Villa Cortés, a five-star luxury hotel located in Arona. He joined Abama Golf Ritz Carlton to finish the construction of the golf course and open the Club House, Abama is the biggest hotel resort in the island.
In Sitges, Barcelona as General Director he one of the managed on of the most prestigious golf country clubs in Spain, Golf Terramar, where he implemented a master plan and developed improvements to launch it on the international scene as a high level club, bringing the Ladies European Tour tournament to the club As a consultant, he has collaborated with many Golf Clubs to improve their management,customer service and employee motivation and maintenance of facilities, applying his expertise giving value to the facilities.
